Hi folks, the last few weeks have been busy. I for once, spent some time camping, entertaining my family and took on a cleanse that left me feeling quite sad but also quite healthier, so it seems.
For 7 days, there was no meat, no eggs, no fish, no dairy, no gluten, no alcohol (you read that last one right) and of course no caffeine. What was left to eat? Beans, nuts, gluten-free pasta and bread, fruits and veggies.
You know what, it felt good and still today my stomach seems in better shape. I recommend this twice a year. You need a supplement and it’s not a good idea to take on heavy work or exercise.
Anyhow, gimme a little time to get back in the game and I’ll be posting a couple of reviews real soon…
